For me, milling is not an idea I discovered yesterday. It is the profession I practice every day. My work is closely connected to milling technology. I provide consulting, supply professional milling equipment, and personally handle the installation and dismantling of milling systems.

 

It was through this hands on experience, together with a deep respect for the land of Transylvania, that Moara de Artă Transilvania® was born. It is my passion project, a completely independent initiative that I am developing step by step, using my own resources and relying on my own work and experience.

 

The official registration of the trademark was a natural step in establishing the foundation of this vision. The next stage, which I am preparing with patience and precision, is to acquire the right facility and install my own milling lines. My goal is to bring the mill to life in the near future and to mill exclusively cereals grown in our region, clean, wholesome, and full of vitality.

 

I am building this journey on solid principles: independence, technical expertise, and a genuine desire to restore flour to its true value, without compromise.
